Chauffeur greeting clientYou will find our reservation confirmation process to be reassuring, engaging and satisfying. We find it is the little things that make a very big difference in the way our clients feel when employing our services. 

Once we receive your reservation, an ITS representative will:

  1. Contact you to confirm the specifics of your travel arrangements
  2. Inform you of your chauffeur’s name and personal contact information
  3. Inquire about special needs or requests
  4. Determine your beverage (non-alcoholic) and snack requests.

To ensure the highest quality service, ITS requires 24-hours notice to make a reservation.

The 24-hour notice allows us to manage our fleet and chauffeurs efficiently.  However, we do understand that unusual circumstances can occur.  ITS may be able to respond to a short notice request and provide the same level of service; however, we cannot guarantee service with less than 24-hours notice.
